Mill Road Festive Lights was formed in August 2009 with the aim of organising and promoting Festive Lights in Mill Road. Other areas of Cambridge are brightened up with lights and decorations to attract visitors over the Festive Period – so why not Mill Road?
The Festive Lights project started when the Mill Road Winter Fair began to explore ways of putting up lights and decorations on the day of the Fair…… and it soon expanded into a new and separate organisation.
